Mr David Leonard
Mr Leonard is the founder and managing director of Leeds Limb Centre and a Consultant in Reconstructive Plastic and Hand Surgery.
Following training at the Canniesburn Plastic Surgery Unit and the Edinburgh Hand Unit, he completed a fellowship in hand and microsurgery in Leeds, and a BAPRAS Visiting Fellowship in complex amputee care to Massachusetts General Hospital and Walter Reed Military Medical Center in the United States. He undertook PhD research at the University of Manchester and Harvard Medical School, and is a core member of the UK Hand Transplant Service.
